This is the recipe for a delicious plum ice-cream cheesecake that is great for a keto diet and tasty.



Keto Plum Ice-Cream Cheesecake



30g plums + 1/4 cup water + 2tbsp erythritol +1/2 tsp lemon juice, boil together and leave the jam to cool

1/2 cup almond flour + 1 tbsp coco powder +1tbsp erythritol + 1tbsp butter (set the base aside)

60g yoghurt
30g erythritol
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
50 g heavy whip cream

Blend all ingredients together mix plum jam, pour-over set base and keep in refrigerator overnight

Serve 🙂
