At home without equipment, in the gym, cycling, hiking in nature, are all things we do to keep healthy.

Why Body Rebels?
Well, most fitness and health programs can be very strict in what they recommend, but what is life without a little fun?
So we do programs from easier beginner workouts to help start getting into shape without hurting yourself to more advanced workouts once you are ready for it, while in the process still allowing little treats here and there. Fancy a little whisky?
